Whereas delagates from across our region gathered for the purpose of laying the foundation for the government of our state, we are stting aside this date t convene for the purpose of re-affirming that our spiritual foundation is the faith in the LORD God.

A "Declaration of Dependence" on the Lord God will be drafted with points of faith in God's promises and provisions. This Declaration will be signed by spiritual leaders and government officials, marking a return to the fundamental truth, "In God We Trust".
